Terms

Last updated 5 November 2026. Governed by Indian law.

These terms apply when you create or use a Lucida Teams workspace. "We" is Dipesh Majumder, sole proprietor, who operates Lucida Teams. "You" is the company or person who signs up.

What you get

Timed interviews for your applicants, AI-assisted scoring against your criteria, optional recording, and tools to review candidates and invite them to a human round.

What we don't do

Your responsibilities

Plans and credits

Refunds

You can stop at any time. We don't refund the current period or unused credits. If something on our side stopped you using what you paid for, write to us and we will put it right.

Recordings and storage

Recordings stay on our servers until they expire or are moved to storage you connect. We delete our copy only after verifying yours. If you delete a recording in Lucida Teams, the copy in your own storage stays there, and removing it is up to you. You are responsible for the storage you connect.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Closing a workspace

Email us to close your workspace. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, abuse or a serious breach of these terms. We delete a closed workspace's data within 90 days.

Changes

We will email workspace owners at least 30 days before a material change. Using the service after that date means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. We will try to resolve any dispute by email for 30 days first. After that, it goes to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
